Job description

The role is responsible for supporting various departments with training and roll out of products.This individual will be responsible for providing specific and detailed training of a technical nature to our sales and support teams upon the introduction of new products into the business.This individual will also be responsible for refresher training to these areas to ensure that the product knowledge is maintained at a high standard.It will also be required that this individual assist with customer training on a project basis, especially when new product rollouts necessitate significant customer training.This individual will collaborate with the product and development teams by conducting user acceptance testing and reporting issues / bugs to ensure product quality and delivery.Additional responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of marketing materials and content as needed, in line with Tracker's strategic priorities.The role supports the solutions initiative through all phases from inception to commercialization, following established processes.Delivery : Assess training needs through policy, planning, and strategy analysis.Prepare documentation and materials for internal and external training.Develop training needs analysis and learning curriculum design.Conduct product training sessions for internal and external customers.Transfer technical knowledge and upskill team members.Perform UAT testing, document findings, and report bugs / issues before product release.Use customer feedback to influence feature improvements.Manage project plans, resources, and status reporting.Coordinate meetings to define training goals, schedules, and impacted processes.Act as a liaison to gather and validate requirements from stakeholders and customers.Facilitate change management, track schedules, and manage project logs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.Perform additional duties and support as assigned by the Product Manager.Processes and Standards : Handle administrative tasks and ensure quality assurance of deliverables.Research market trends and business opportunities.Follow best practices, processes, and standards (ISO).Address customer queries efficiently within agreed timelines.Training : Engage in personal training and development aligned with the job profile.Minimum Requirements : Relevant Degree, Diploma, or Work Experience.Previous training and UAT experience.ETDP qualification is advantageous.Training in related areas is beneficial.5-7 years of experience as a technical trainer / support or tester.5 years in a technical role within the telematics industry.Proven ability to manage portfolios and customer relationships.Additional benefits include Medical Aid and Provident Fund.
