Job descriptionDrill Master Duties. Ensure compliance to safety protocols Endure compliance to drilling standard and procedures Observations on drilling and make recommendations Check Drilling accuracy and efficiency of drill parameters, which includes g.e.t wear, Liaise with training officers on where short comings are noted on operators skill and Weekly feedback report to Manager
SUMMARY : DRILL MASTER
REQUIREMENTS :
- Experience on Top Hammers (Sandvik)
- Experience on DTH Drills (Cat Excavator Drills)
- Experience on Ranger / Panthera Dills will be advantageous.
- Experience in Opencast Drilling.
- 5 – 10yrs Experience in this field.
- The successful candidate will be required to go for a medical assessment.
POSITION INFO : GENERAL DUTIES :
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following :
rotation and percussion settings for different types of material to be Drilled
knowledge
