WE'RE HIRING : BACK-ORDER CLERK MCE Electric is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back-Order Clerk to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities : Track shipments and ensure timely updates.
Liaise with customers regarding back orders and deliveries.
Prepare and process shipment orders.
Generate and maintain back-order reports.
Release back orders efficiently.
Compile customer reports as required.
Coordinate with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Requirements : Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
Previous experience in an administrative, logistics, or order-processing role is advantageous Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
