Job Title : HR Manager – Mining – Limpopo
Location : Limpopo, South Africa
Hire Resolve’s Leading Client are seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager to join their mining company in Limpopo. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring employees
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations
Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the company’s growth and success
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience in the mining industry
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in South Africa
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build strong working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
Certification in HR management (. CHRP) preferred
