Community Project Manager

Design and manage strategies for community engagement within the organization.

Plan and coordinate wellness programs, mental health initiatives, and awareness campaigns.

Lead upliftment projects such as volunteer work, mentorship, and social impact actions.

Organize and facilitate community events for the organization and our Aftercare Centre.

Develop campaigns to promote community and wellness projects.

Monitor participation and feedback, and use data to improve programs.

A relevant qualification will be advantageous.

10 years of experience in community management and / or employee support or a similar role.

Proven experience in planning and executing successful upliftment or wellness projects.

Proficient in both Afrikaans and English.

Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

Creative thinker and self-driven with a passion for community building and individual well-being.

An empathetic personality with an inclusive and positive outlook on life.
