Business Segment : Business & Commercial Banking

To lead a BS&R team for a BCB Segment, ensuring the delivery of robust end-to-end Business Solutions and Recoveries (BS&R) services for distressed credit (watchlist and NPL items) management within a dedicated segment. To provide specialist advice in the restructuring of distressed exposures, and the recovery of defaulted exposures in terms of the BS&R mandate and in the context of a dedicated portfolio matters, while also supporting other BS&R team members as and when required.

The role requires a seasoned leader with proven financial capability and knowledge of the full dimensions of Credit, Business and Commercial Banking and Corporate and Investment Banking, gained from a track record of 10 years or more in functional leadership who is capable of influencing outstanding leaders and a large body of employees. Experience in Credit / Risk Management is a key requirement. Deal structuring within an investment banking environment. Specific segment experience required.
