You will report directly to the Chief of Commercial Sales and your main responsibility will be to manage all CRM related data, analytic and reporting for the sales department and branches.Job descriptionDuties : Write SQL queries to create and generate sales reports and adhoc reporting based on business requirements.Use the SQL queries in a BI Tool to visualize and organize the dataData extractionBusiness insights and analysis on data extracted to help stakeholders make business decisionsMaintain the integrity of the user data and sales hierarchy on our systemMaintain the sales staff system user accessEnsure data accuracy of the sales and fitment numbers between the system and CRMTraining all new employees on CRMMonthly CRM refresher trainingUpdating the CRM manualMonitoring system usage and performance of all RM's and Voice LoggersMinimum requirementsRequirements : Degree in Business Management or similarAdvanced Excel (Pivot Tables & V-Lookup)Experience using BI Tools, Sisense is preferableExcellent attention to detail and accuracyExcellent written and oral communication skillsDemonstrate the ability to multi-task and follow-throughAbility to rapidly adapt to changing business needs and prioritiesTo apply, please send your full CV to
