Their Cape Town office plays a critical role in the business, offering a vibrant work environment and the opportunity to work closely with international teams.The Role : Marketing ManagerThis is a hands-on and strategic role for a digital-savvy Marketing Manager ready to take ownership of multi-channel campaigns.

You will be responsible for planning and executing an integrated marketing strategy spanning paid media, SEO, email, and social channels.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and leadership, you will ensure the brands' visibility and performance goals are consistently achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goalsDefine and segment target audiences and tailor messaging accordinglyPlan and manage a marketing calendar of campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activityGrow and manage company presence on LinkedIn and Facebook with compelling contentLead PPC efforts on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others, managing bids, audience,and performanceConduct keyword research and manage SEO activities, including content and technical improvementsCollaborate on content and campaign assets like landing pages, creatives, and email flowsDrive and manage full-funnel campaigns with continuous A / B testing and optimisationTrack marketing KPIs (CTR, CAC, ROI) using analytics tools like Google Analytics and CRM dashboardsReport campaign performance and recommend improvements to the CEOManage marketing budgets effectively to optimise resultsPromote CEO thought leadership through industry insights and content strategyAbout You3 - 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with 12 years in a lead or managerial roleBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fieldStrong command of tools including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO platforms (SEMrush, Ahrefs), email marketing systems, and CRM toolsSolid understanding of SEO, paid media, campaign design, and marketing metricsStrong analytical ability and results-driven mindsetExperience in the arts or creative industries is highly desirableCreative, self-motivated, and able to manage projects independentlyExcellent communication and collaboration skills
