Our client is seeking a restaurant administrator who will manage the daily operations etc. The candidate must have the ability to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant functionality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Implementing efficient reservation and table management systems.
- A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues.
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards.
- Managing inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Managing payroll and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Supervising staff to optimize productivity and address any issues.
- Creating and managing staff schedules.
- Providing feedback and guidance to staff.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively, from customer complaints to operational challenges.
- Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of restaurant procedures, inventory management, and health and safety regulations.
Experience :
Prior experience in a restaurant administration is requiredMicrosoft OfficePilot POSRequirements :
