Maintenance / Handy Man

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance and General Assistant to contribute to the efficient operation and upkeep of our facilities.

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of maintenance and general assistance skills, demonstrating the ability to perform various tasks to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment.Requirements : Minimum Matric or equivalent may be preferred.Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.Physical fitness and stamina for manual labor tasks.Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment.Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.Good communication skills.Attention to detail and a focus on safety.Responsibilities : Conduct routine inspections of premises to identify and address maintenance issues.Perform repairs on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems as needed.Ensure the proper functioning of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.Conduct safety checks and address potential hazards
