Sales Representative

Seeking a passionate, results-driven salesperson to join our Durban team.

The individual in this role would provide appropriate product solutions for our customers and nurture them through our sales process from start to finish.

Candidates for this position should prioritize customer care, client acquisition, and company profitability.Duties and ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads via phone and emailSchedule sales appointments and activitiesPromote products / services to new and existing customersPerform cost-benefit and needs analysis of new and existing customersClose sales by means of excellent customer service and salesmanshipDevelop strategies for more effective sales closing, share with teamMaintain positive business and customer relationships to prolong customer lifetime valuePrioritize and / or escalate client questions and concerns to increase client satisfactionConduct; organise and lead dry ice blasting projects.Track personal appointments, status reports, and salesMeet or exceed monthly sales goalsRequirementsGrade 12Relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageousDivers license essential and own vehicle ideal.Excellent customer service and communication skillsAptitude for negotiation and persuasionHighly motivated, determined, and target drivenPrevious sales experience in manufacturing, production or technical environments is advantageous.Divers license essential and own vehicle ideal.Time management and personal organizationPhysically fit and willing to work overtime / weekends when required.
