We are seeking a Front of House Manager responsible for overseeing the overall guest experience and ensuring exceptional service and smooth daily operations. This role involves leading and supervising the front-of-house team, managing customer interactions, and maintaining high standards of service and ambiance for a fast-paced full-service, casual dining Italian restaurant.
Requirements :
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to ensure exceptional guest experience.
- Ability to manage and resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly.
- Leadership skills to recruit, train, schedule, and supervise FOH staff.
- Experience in shift planning and maintaining adequate staffing levels.
- Operational knowledge of opening / closing procedures, reservations, and floor management.
- Strong coordination and communication with kitchen and BOH teams.
- Proven ability to monitor and control FOH costs (labor, supplies, waste).
- Sales-driven mindset with ability to motivate team toward growth targets.
- Commitment to maintaining service standards and SOP compliance.
- Experience executing brand marketing initiatives and promotions.
- Effective communicator and team builder across all departments.
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
