Job description

We are seeking a Front of House Manager responsible for overseeing the overall guest experience and ensuring exceptional service and smooth daily operations. This role involves leading and supervising the front-of-house team, managing customer interactions, and maintaining high standards of service and ambiance for a fast-paced full-service, casual dining Italian restaurant.

Requirements :

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to ensure exceptional guest experience.
  • Ability to manage and resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Leadership skills to recruit, train, schedule, and supervise FOH staff.
  • Experience in shift planning and maintaining adequate staffing levels.
  • Operational knowledge of opening / closing procedures, reservations, and floor management.
  • Strong coordination and communication with kitchen and BOH teams.
  • Proven ability to monitor and control FOH costs (labor, supplies, waste).
  • Sales-driven mindset with ability to motivate team toward growth targets.
  • Commitment to maintaining service standards and SOP compliance.
  • Experience executing brand marketing initiatives and promotions.
  • Effective communicator and team builder across all departments.
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
