Vehicle Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vehicle Sales Executive to join our team in Oudtshoorn.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling new and pre-owned vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities : Sales Performance : Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles.Customer Engagement : Engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and provide suitable vehicle options.Product Knowledge : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, features, and benefits to effectively present to customers.Test Drives : Arrange and conduct test drives, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any queries.Finance & Documentation : Assist customers with finance options and ensure all sales documentation is accurately completed.Follow-Up : Maintain contact with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.Minimum Requirements : Education : Matric / Grade 12 Certificate.Experience : Minimum of 2 years' experience in vehicle sales within a franchised dealership environment.Licenses : Valid driver's license (Code B or higher).Language Proficiency : Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.Skills : Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in dealership management systems.Preferred Attributes : Customer Service : Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.Self-Motivation : Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to sales.Professionalism : High level of professionalism and presentability.Adaptability : Willingness to go the extra mile to meet customer expectations and adapt to changing market conditions.Remuneration and Benefits : Salary : Competitive, based on experience and qualificationsmission : Attractive commission structure.Benefits : Company vehicle, fuel allowance, and opportunities for professional development.
