Position : Full-time, live-in

Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the planning and execution of all lodge events, including weddings, conferences, private functions, and corporate retreats
- Manage and coordinate banquet staff, ensuring top-tier service standards are upheld
- Liaise with guests, chefs, and event planners to ensure every function exceeds expectations
- Ensure proper setup and breakdown of events, adhering to health and safety standards
- Maintain detailed records of event orders, budgets, and feedback to continually enhance the guest experience
- Train and motivate the team to deliver seamless and memorable events
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage and Operations departments for cohesive event execution
