Minimum Requirements :
Grade 12 Certificate or NQF level 4 - 5 in Office Administration, Public Administration or related field2 years' experience in an administrative role or similar operational environmentCore Responsibilities :
Provide administrative, recordkeeping, and frontline support to Parks and Cemeteries depotRecord staff attendance, prepare overtime schedules, and manage crew allocation registerCapture and verify overtime and standby requests based on approved duty rosterFile timesheets and related forms for audit readinessIssue and record the use of depot tools and equipment and track their conditionsMaintain a register of issued PPE, hand tools, and equipment at the depotOrganise and file forms such as job cards, cemetery records, incident logsPrepare and track requisitions for depot supplies and ensure correct delivery of ordered goodsEnsure that operational needs are met timeously, and consumables are availableReceive visitors, answer questions from public, and escalate service complaints where necessaryEnsure orderly site usage and prevent double-bookings or unauthorized accessPrepare and issue booking confirmations or referencesMaintain a depot diary or document movement registerCollect and submit labour-related documents like leave, IOD forms, and warningsReport staff injuries or HR cases to section officeAdministrative / Management jobs
