Matric. (Grade 12)Minimum of 2 years' experience in internal sales, preferably within a retail environment.Vehicle and valid Driver’s License.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and strong organisational skills.Roles and Responsibilities :
Sales and Customer Service :
Engage with walk-in customers, providing product information and assistance to drive sales.Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers.Invoicing and Order Processing :
Generate accurate invoices and ensure all sales transactions are recorded correctly.Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.Monitor stock levels and liaise with the procurement team to replenish inventory as needed.Administrative Support :
Maintain up-to-date records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory.Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.Assist in the preparation of quotations and tenders for clients.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.Collaboration and Teamwork :
Work closely with external sales representatives to coordinate sales efforts and share customer insights.Participate in regular team meetings to discuss sales targets, strategies, and performance.Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices.Closing Date :
