The above position is vacant at our Edenvale Branch. The overall purpose of this position is to assist the Branch with administrative responsibilities of the CIT department.
Minimum Requirements :
Excellent communication skillsMatric certificate or equivalentA clear criminal recordComputer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookAt least 2 years’ administration experienceBackground in Administration / Office Management is an advantageMust be willing to work overtime when requiredOwn transport is an advantageKey Performance Areas (not totally inclusive) :
Maintaining a sufficient filling system and document management, including archivingAnswering the telephone and taking messagesAssisting Recruitment department with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas, etc); contacting and following up with candidates during the recruitment processDealing with internal and external enquiriesTaking meeting minutesProvide administrative support to the Branch Manager when requiredProcessing daily hours / posting sheets to payrollSubmit pay queriesMeet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines (emails / work sheets / templates)Processing daily dedicated vehicles data as well as monthly hours and km’s for billingProcessing / printing monthly code lists and details for clientsFidelity Access Control System – send requests, authorization, enrollment and scanningOrder uniforms, beverages, cleaning stuff, stationary and ID cardsGeneral Clerical dutiesCore competencies and other Personality Attributes :
