Not just for our customers, but for every member of our Group too.At DHL Supply Chain South Africa, we're looking for a : Vacancy : Customer Service Officer (Kellonova – Boksburg)Job Purpose : To proactively provide a central point of communication for all customer service functions and the operational link between KAMs, clients (internal and external), and all business partners while achieving & sustaining service excellence.Key areas of responsibility include : Proactive day-to-day order management, including processing orders received on or before 15h30 and managing post-15 : 30 ordersmunication of changes with Vital and CCT to stakeholders.Management of special request processes and error removal.Order saving on P-Drive and refreshing orders on SAP.Liaison of EDI rejections, late orders, bookings, unclear copies, and pricing issues.Order allocation for delivery, management of pallet configuration, and query management.Responding to queries before 17 : 00 and maintaining communication with customers.Managing ZOA reports, order on hold, shipping requirements, and pricing escalations.Handling customer order returns and related processes.Managing key customer requirements and reporting, including daily order analysis and weekly reports.Proactively raising and resolving issues, providing feedback on delivery issues, and managing customer complaints.Building relationships with internal departments to manage queries effectively.Qualifications : Matric, 2-3 years CSO experience in warehousing / logistics, relevant degree or qualificationpetencies include : SAP system knowledge, proficiency in Excel & Word, ability to work under pressure, customer focus, interpersonal skills, communication skills, planning & organization, initiative, impact & influence, information seeking, achievement drive, teamwork, professionalism, and commitment to DHL values.Languages : English (verbal and written).Seniority level : Mid-Senior levelEmployment type : Full-timeIndustry : Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and StorageThis job posting is active.
