Recruitment Graduate

We are looking for a passionate and driven Recruitment Graduate to join our dynamic team.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to build a career in recruitment and gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle.You will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates, while learning the fundamentals of client service, compliance, and talent management within a fast-paced and purpose-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in advertising vacancies, screening CVs, and shortlisting candidates.Conduct telephonic or virtual interviews and prepare candidate profiles.Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.Assist with background checks and reference verification.Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and clients.Support the onboarding process by preparing documents and communicating with new hires.Work closely with senior recruiters to understand client needs and industry requirements.Ensure accurate data capturing and compliance with POPIA and company processes.Participate in team meetings, recruitment campaigns, and internal projects.RequirementsA completed Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.High attention to detail and organisational ability.Passion for recruitment and making a social impactputer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Outlook).Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.A self-starter who is eager to learn, take initiative, and growDesired SkillsMS OfficeOutlookExcel #J Ljbffr
