Dispensing Warehouse ManagerWe are recruiting for a Dispensing Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team.The ideal candidate will have a background in pharmaceuticals or FMCG, with experience in managing a dispensing warehouse, batch control, inventory management, and familiarity with SAP scanning solutions.Experience in the cosmetic and beauty industry and knowledge of ISO systems would be advantageous.ResponsibilitiesDispensing chemicals to FMCG factoriesManaging warehouse and inventory operations, including stock controlImplementing and overseeing a chemical batch scanning system on SAPManaging receiving, put-away, picking, and supplying chemicals to factoriesMaintaining inventory accuracy, batch control, and stock conditionEnsuring ISO certifications and cGMP standards are metEnforcing good warehouse practices, including staff training and SOP adherenceManaging team members through motivation, training, mentoring, and disciplineOverseeing equipment and vehicle managementControlling expenses within budgetEnsuring adherence to HSE and cGMP protocolsQualifications & ExperienceGrade 12 / MatricSupply Chain Management qualificationQuality Management experienceAt least 5 years of management experienceExperience in dispensing chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and best practicesPeople and process management skillsUnderstanding of supply chain processesSkills & KnowledgeResults-driven with the ability to work independentlyStrong interpersonal, planning, and execution skillsLeadership, coaching, and mentoring abilitiesAttention to detail and prioritization skills under pressureProficiency in SAP, MS Office (Excel, Word, Access)Knowledge of risk and change management, project implementationProficient in inventory control and ISO systemsUnderstanding of chemicals, fragrances, and raw materialsPackage & remuneration : Market-related.
