Agronomist

Responsibilities :

Provide expert advice on crop production and soil management.

Develop and implement sustainable farming practices.

Conduct field trials and analyze crop performance.

Monitor plant health, pest, and disease control strategies.

Advise on fertilizer use and irrigation planning.

Liaise with farmers, suppliers, and researchers.

Key Skills :

Strong knowledge of agronomy and soil science

Analytical and problem-solving ability

Excellent communication and reporting skills

Familiarity with precision agriculture tools and techniques

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field

3+ years' experience in crop production or agronomic advisory

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
