Start Date & DurationStart mid-April, approximately 5 months.Duties : Planning and executionRead and understand the scope and duties outlinedSite ResponsibilitiesObserve specific contract conditionsProvide updates to the Contract Manager regarding allowances on siteManage site, crew, time, resources, and materials within defined parametersRecord additional work required by the clientLiaise with and maintain client relationshipsReport weekly on progress and costsAttend site meetingsHealth and Safety complianceEnsure all contractual medicals are completed before project commencementEnsure relevant inductions are completedPromote health and safety, ensuring compliance with OHSA ActProvide feedback on weekly costsProvide measurements and costing details to the Contract ManagerIdentify, classify, document, and record variations for all non-budgeted costsPolicies and ProceduresEnsure crew adherence to all internal and external policies and proceduresQA / QCEnsure adherence to Quality PlanMaintain quality documentationMeet company standard requirementsMeet contract-specific requirementsEducation and Training Requirements : Grade 12A minimum of BTech in Civil Engineering or similarProficient in MS OfficeExperience Requirements : At least 5 years' experience as a Site Agent, preferably with a construction company, with experience in building works and mechanical installationWorking knowledge of health and safety legislation and its application on site
