Key Responsibilities :
- 3–5 years in sales or specification of humidification / dehumidification systems (ideally Condair or similar brands).
- Ability to interpret HVAC drawings, perform room-volume and air-change calculations, and recommend appropriate equipment
- Proven track record of consultative sales from discovery through close
- Hands-on experience with Pipedrive (or equivalent) for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Hunter Mentality : Comfortable with cold calls, new-lead outreach, and owning targets
- Resilience & Persistence : Recovers quickly from setbacks and refines approach
- Analytical Orientation : Uses sales metrics (conversion rates, deal size, cycle time) to optimize performance
- Communication & Relationship Building : Builds trust with engineers, contractors, and end users
Qualifications & Skills Requirements :
Diploma / degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or HVAC / Refrigeration – OR equivalent technical-sales experience (3+ years).Desirable but not mandatory : Membership in SAIRAC or SARACA.Valid Code B (or equivalent) driver’s license and clean driving record.Willingness to travel up to 30% of time, including overnight stays.Fluent English; Afrikaans or other local language an advantageAbility to prepare / deliver technical presentations (PowerPoint, demos)
