Job descriptionTo deliver optimal support towards processes and procedures in the nursing unit Perform administrative duties Assist with patient administration related functions Control pharmaceutical stock Deliver a reception service ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE : Grade 12 (with computer literacy subjects or an additional computer literacy certificate DESIRED EXPERIENCE : Reception / Secretarial / Personal Assistant / Administration training ESSENTIAL EDUCATION : None DESIRED EDUCATION : Administrative experience in a healthcare setting Recordkeeping Office management Compliment and complaints management Telephone etiquette Computer literate (Microsoft Office) Data capturing Administrative / Management jobs
