Job description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of client requests. Prepare and present regular account reviews and performance reports. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity. Desired Experience & Qualification Home office set up. Own Car. Proven experience in sales or account management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively. Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite. A sales / marketing qualification would be advantageous. Good knowledge of different construction products and clients. Applicant must be willing to do country trips when required. Applicant must be willing to work flexible hours, when called upon to do so. In possession of a valid unendorsed drivers license. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Strong commercial awareness.
