Join a dynamic Finance Department where you'll report to the Cost and Management Accountant and collaborate with operations, supply chain, and production teams. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Throughput Cost Identification & Analysis :

  • Analyze production bottlenecks and constraints to improve throughput and reduce unit costs
  • Develop comprehensive cost-per-unit models across different production stages
  • Identify cost trends in labor, materials, equipment efficiency, and changeover times
  • Provide actionable recommendations to reduce downtime and maximize output

    • Process Optimization & Efficiency Improvement :

  • Reduce cycle times and increase throughput through production workflow analysis
  • Support Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to minimize waste
  • Evaluate machine utilization rates and recommend automation improvements
  • Collaborate with production teams to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)

    • Cost Reduction & Financial Impact Assessment :

  • Calculate financial impact of throughput improvements and cost-saving initiatives
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting cost savings from process enhancements
  • Track and report cost-per-unit changes from implemented improvements
  • Support initiatives to reduce raw material waste and overproduction costs

    • Supply Chain & Inventory Cost Control :

  • Analyze inventory turnover and material handling costs for optimization opportunities
  • Assist in supplier cost analysis to optimize procurement strategies
  • Improve inventory flow and minimize raw material shortages affecting throughput

    • Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring :

  • Utilize Excel, Power BI, ERP, and MES systems for production and cost data analysis
  • Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards for throughput metrics
  • Assist in predictive modeling for throughput optimization and cost forecasting

    • WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

    Essential Requirements :

  • BEng in Industrial Engineering (recent graduate or final year student)
  • 0-2 years experience in industrial engineering, throughput analysis, or process improvement
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or ERP systems
  • Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work across finance, production, and supply chain teams
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for cost-saving opportunities

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Internship or coursework in throughput analysis or operations management
  • Familiarity with food manufacturing processes and cost structures
  • Knowledge of bottleneck analysis and constraint management
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or relevant coursework
  • Experience with financial modeling and data analysis
