Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Car Sales Representative located in Durban.

The Car Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling vehicles to customers.

Daily tasks include assisting customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs, conducting test drives, negotiating sales prices, completing sales contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The representative will also be tasked with maintaining knowledge of current inventory, preparing sales reports, and building and maintaining relationships with customers.

Qualifications

Automotive Sales experience and Customer Retention skills

Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills

Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets

Valid driver's license

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
