Customer Trainer

Conduct training at Customer premises.

Extensive travel required with long periods away from home.

Fit and healthy -be able to stand on their feet for long periods of time.

Record all training done with participants.

Maintain an ongoing yearly record of training done with ACE customers.

File all copies of Training registers.

Ensure all store DC Hygiene file is up to date.

Do small repairs to dispensing equipment whilst in store.

Communicate any maintenance issues that he / she cannot fix immediately when on site.

Responsible for all the merchandising of Diversey material -new stores / customers.

Replacement of old or peeling merchandising when after conducting training.

Identify competitor products in-store and report findings to relevant Sales Representatives.

Ability to deal with a pressurized and tough Retail environmentMatric Certificate Current Driver's license Presentable, with excellent interpersonal skills.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Technical knowledge of chemical dispensing systems.

Willing to travel extensively.

Willing to work overtime, as and when expected by the company.
