We're seeking experienced HVAC Foremen to join a leading mechanical services company delivering high-quality commercial installations across Christchurch.

If you have strong duct and pipe install experience and can lead a crew to complete projects successfully, this is a great opportunity for long-term growth and responsibility.

Responsibilities :

Lead a team of 3-6 installers on HVAC commercial projects

Install pipe and duct systems to high standards

Oversee daily site operations and ensure deadlines are met

Manage labour and materials on site

Interpret plans and guide the installation process confidently

Qualifications :

Hands-on HVAC experience on commercial sites and proven leadership skills are essential.

You should be confident reading plans, organizing site resources, and working with installers to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
