Are you ready to join one of the top IT Reseller and Distribution companies in the industry?We're looking for a Business Development Manager with a passion for growth, a strong commercial mindset, and proven success in IT sales.

In this role, you'll drive new business opportunities by identifying market trends, building strategic relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.Key Responsibilities : Segment customer base and needs, perform contact mappingTrack monthly customer RAD (Retain, Acquire, Develop) plansImplement growth strategies aligned with brand development objectivesDrive education and training around device refresh needsGenerate and convert sales pipelines, close deals effectivelyScope and design client solutionsEngage in and support marketing initiativesMeet and exceed sales targets and KPAsConduct in-person meetings with customers and vendorsUnderstand and apply vendor programs and deal registration processesProvide external training on vendor products and servicesBuild and maintain strong vendor, customer, and stakeholder relationshipsRepresent as a subject matter expert for Dell, HP, and Lenovo Pro devicesComplete ongoing certifications and trainingStay updated on industry trends and product developmentsExperience & Knowledge Required : Minimum 2 years in a logistics-related environment3+ years working with sales teams3-5 years' experience in IT Sales, preferably in ICT DistributionExperience engaging with high-level stakeholders and decision-makersProven track record in achieving sales targetsStrong background in customer service and relationship buildingTarget-driven with a high-performance mindsetSkills & Qualifications : Matric (Mathematics preferred)A tertiary qualification or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or IT is advantageousProficient in MS Office (Excel with Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, formulas)Strategic and analytical thinker with excellent execution skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable working with numbers and business calculationsWhat's in it for you?Join a high-performing, dynamic team in a respected IT companyOpportunities for growth, learning, and certificationsCompetitive remuneration based on performanceDirect exposure to global vendors and technology leadersDesired Skills : IT Business Development#J Ljbffr
