This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional passionate about design, storytelling, and visual communication, eager to make a meaningful contribution in the fields of architecture, urban design, and the built environment.We're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative studio setting and can translate complex ideas into compelling visuals across digital and print media.

Experience or interest in the built environment will be highly beneficial.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign engaging and visually compelling graphics for various platforms, including presentations, reports, proposals, social media, and print collateral with a focus on layouts, maps, diagrams, and infographics that communicate architectural concepts.Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop and execute creative campaigns, package submissions for awards (e.g., CIFA Awards) and editorial publications, ensuring visuals align with project narratives.Maintain a consistent visual language aligned with GAPP's brand identity and valuesPrepare final artwork for both print and digital production, ensuring high quality and accuracyStay current with design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to our industryIncorporate feedback constructively and iterate designs as needed to meet project goals, supporting marketing strategies, events, and business development initiatives.Matric and a post-matric qualification in Graphic Design or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of professional experience in a graphic design role within a marketing agency or corporate marketing environmentProficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Word)Strong attention to detail, layout, typography, and visual hierarchyAbility to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneouslyBonus SkillsExperience working within the architecture, urban design, or built environment sectorsBasic animation or video editing skillsUnderstanding of design for tenders, portfolios, and architectural documentationIf you're a designer who loves working with ideas that shape cities, spaces, and communities—we'd love to hear from you.
