Job Overview
The Automotive Call Centre Agent will manage both inbound and outbound customer calls, supporting sales and service activities within a busy automotive environment. The successful candidate will provide outstanding customer service, assist with enquiries, and contribute to lead generation and appointment bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and assist customers with professional, accurate information.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, confirm appointments, and promote dealership offers.
- Record and maintain customer information accurately on internal systems.
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery.
- Support the sales and service teams in achieving performance targets.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric certificate (essential).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Computer literate and comfortable working with online systems.Ability to work well under pressure in a target-driven environment.Professional telephone manner and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.Remuneration
