Internal Counter Sales Consultant

Job descriptionGreet customers and respond to enquiries telephonically and face to face at the counter Provide product information and options Process quotations and closing of sales Manage and organize sales paperwork and process date requirement on the CRM inventory system Update customer and inventory databases Handle administrative tasks like stock receiving, and filing Assist in generating new business through networking and follow-up on client enquiries
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- Proven experience with sales of parts for the motor vehicle sector
- Excellent communication skills and well presented to deal face to face with clients
- Proven people skills with communication and written skills in English and Afrikaans
- Must be computer literate and have worked on an inventory system
- Ability to use initiative and be solution orientated
DUTIES
Salary is negotiable, dependent on experience
