REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- Proven experience with sales of parts for the motor vehicle sector
- Excellent communication skills and well presented to deal face to face with clients
- Proven people skills with communication and written skills in English and Afrikaans
- Must be computer literate and have worked on an inventory system
- Ability to use initiative and be solution orientated
DUTIES
Greet customers and respond to enquiries telephonically and face to face at the counterProvide product information and optionsProcess quotations and closing of salesManage and organize sales paperwork and process date requirement on the CRM inventory systemUpdate customer and inventory databasesHandle administrative tasks like stock receiving, and filingAssist in generating new business through networking and follow-up on client enquiriesSalary is negotiable, dependent on experience
