The Industrial Relations Officer plays a critical role in managing industrial relations activities within the organization, reporting to the IR Practitioner.
Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with labour legislation, resolving disputes, maintaining records, and providing administrative support for IR matters.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations or related field, 3-5 years of IR experience, knowledge of collective bargaining, and compliance audits.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of labour legislation, negotiation skills, case management systems proficiency, and advanced communication abilities.
Core Competencies
Interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, emotional intelligence, and resilience under pressure.
Working Conditions
Full-time role with flexibility for irregular hours, travel for site visits and hearings, exposure to sensitive situations.
