This role is critical to supporting the growing IT needs of Outsourced CFO by ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and addressing daily technical requirements.

The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance, managing IT equipment setup and maintenance, and ensuring team members have the tools they need to perform at their best.Reporting to the IT ManagerJob ResponsibilitiesData AdministrationGeneral Hardware environment health reportingZapier creator and administratorOffice administratorGoogle Workspace AdministratorZOHO and CRM profile managementSetting up of IT equipmentReceive new IT equipmentFormat new IT equipment based on OCFO protocolsSetup of new equipment based on OCFO protocolsOn-board new team members onto the new equipmentOff-boarding of exiting team membersUpdating OCFO Protocols where and when neededPurchasing of IT equipmentTracking IT equipment and IT equipment spare allocationMonitor amount of OCFO spares and ensure that we have the minimum stock quantity at all timesSubmit purchase requests when stock levels dip below acceptable levelsReceive and quality control spare equipmentProviding IT SupportAssist with team members day-to-day IT requirementsHave an accurate knowledge of all IT software being utilized within the OCFO environment, where the IT department is required to provide support onStaying up to date with relevant updates on software being supported by OCFO IT and reporting relevant software changes either to the director or affected usersSoftware support includes the following platforms : 3CX, ZOHO, Google Workspace, Office , Easy File.Hardware support includes but is not limited to : End user environment, 3CX Softphones, Laptops for all end users, Profile management on Panelist / contractors BYOD, End point management for users.TrainingAssisting the training team with new team member trainingSecurityReview and action IT security vulnerabilitiesEnsure that all equipment meets the set security standards at OCFOEnforces 2FA across all platforms used within OCFO and ensures users adopt best practice.RequirementsThe ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience with CompTIA A+ and N+ preferred or related IT qualification.Characteristics of the Ideal CandidateCritical thinkingProblem solvingAbility to understand pain points and provide solutionsAbility to work in a team environmentOur OCFO ValuesFamily firstIntegrity mattersSwitched on ThinkingExcellence in everythingGrowth and successPlease note this position, at first, will require in-office full time and Hybrid working conditions will be reviewed and discussed after the probation period.
