Senior Associate - Germiston

Minimum requirements :

• LLB Degree
• 5 to 8 years post-admission experience as an Attorney
• Right of Appearance in the High Court is essential
• Proven litigation experience in both Magistrates and High Court matters
• Familiar with High Court Rules , Caselines , and Court Online
• Strong skills in drafting pleadings, legal opinions, and conducting legal research independently
• Prior experience working with Municipalities or State-Owned Entities will be an advantage
