Position Purpose

Associate Veterinarian at Walton County Animal Clinic. Up to $50 K sign‑on bonus. Small animal practice where pets are family—and so are you.

Digital X‑ray & dental X‑ray, electrosurgical unit, therapeutic laser, full Idexx lab suite (CBC, chem analyzers, UA + sediment), surgical suction.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Examine, diagnose, and treat pets with compassion and confidence.
  • Perform surgeries and prescribe treatments.
  • Educate pet owners on preventive care and health plans.
  • Maintain accurate medical records.
  • Ensure adherence to veterinary laws, ethics, and clinic policies.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • DVM or equivalent from an AVMA‑accredited school.
  • State veterinary license (or eligibility).
  • DEA license (or eligibility).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs.
