QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED :
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Financial Accounting or equivalent.
- Completed Articles
- Preferred : CIMA or ACCA
NECESSARY EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE :
5+ years of recent experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing industry.Proven experience in Profitability reportingExposure into setting various pricing strategies.Proven experience in product costing.Proficiency in Ms Excel and data analysis andProficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite or related software.KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE :
Pricing & Strategies
Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximise profitability while maintaining market competitiveness.Analyse market trends and competitor pricing to inform pricing decisions.Collaborate with commercial teams to align pricing strategies with business objectivesCalculate quarterly pricing adjustment based on movement in exchange rates.Ensure correct pricing is maintained in SAPAnalyse and report on Pricing variances to inform business decisionsProfitability Reporting
Prepare and present detailed profitability reports to senior management.Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.Provide insights and recommendations to enhance profitabilityIdentify appropriate cost allocations to enhance business profitability reportingLiaise with business leaders on appropriate cost allocations to enhance profitability reporting.Business Costing
Oversee the costing process for manufacturing operations.Ensure accurate and timely calculation of product costs.Ensure accuracy on all material costs on the SAP ERP systemMonitor and analyse cost variances and implement corrective actions as neededMaintain and update the Bill of Materials costing for all products.Ensure BOM accuracy and integrity in the SAP ERP system.Collaborate with Operation teams to manage BOM changes.Business Partnering
Act as a key finance partner to various internal departments, including production, engineering, sales, and marketing.Provide financial support and guidance to stakeholders to drive business performance.Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers and auditors.Additional Duties
Business Planning Actively involved in the business planning and forecasting activities.Financial AuditsInternal control auditsSAP improvement projects participate in SAP projects and changes where required, lead SAP improvements for the finance departmentProject accounting ensure that accounting meets requirements for capitalisation of project expenses to intangible assets. Attend to any requirements related to the new build project.Actively involved and finance representative in the business Tender teams.Application Deadline : 28 November 2025
