Their platform offers bookkeeping, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and tax services, enabling founders to easily understand their company's financial health and prepare investor reports.

Location : Remote, Full-time, 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial records and supporting our clients' financial needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and managing accounts payable / receivable.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Utilize accounting software and tools to maintain accurate financial records.
• Communicate with clients to address their financial inquiries and provide support.
