Interior Architect with Revit Expertise

Position : Senior Architectural Designer - Revit

An award-winning hospitality design studio focusing on renovations and new builds for hotels, nightclubs, restaurants, and multi-family projects is seeking a talented Senior Architectural Designer. With a fast-growing portfolio of global projects, this is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team and contribute to high-profile hospitality designs.

This role is ideal for a professional with a strong command of Revit, along with a creative mindset for design and visualization.

Job Responsibilities

Revit Leadership :

Manage Revit setup, including 3D modeling and project coordination at the start of the design process.

Create 3D models early in the design process, integrating furnishings and finishes for client visualization.

Translate 2D design concepts into compelling 3D presentations while maintaining the integrity of the design.

Develop low-resolution renderings that combine 2D and 3D elements for presentations, emphasizing creative graphics rather than photorealistic outputs.

Project Delivery :

Oversee day-to-day production on projects, ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy while managing the overall project scope.

Conduct design reviews, ensure code compliance, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Provide technical problem-solving, including site visits and direct communication with stakeholders.

Collaboration & Execution :

Work closely with the design team to refine concepts and bring creative ideas to life.

Utilize advanced tools like Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, and InDesign to enhance project visuals beyond Revit modeling.

Qualifications

Experience :

5-10+ years of professional experience in hospitality, high-rise, or multi-family projects.

Proven ability to develop and execute designs independently, from concept to completion.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in Revit / BIM360 is essential.

Familiarity with Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, InDesign, and MS Office.

Design Expertise :

Advanced knowledge of architectural and interior finishes, lighting, millwork, and case goods.

Exceptional graphic presentation and visualization skills, with a focus on producing high-impact design renderings that prioritize artistic creativity over photorealism.

Education :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

Soft Skills :

Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Collaborative leadership style with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
