JOB PURPOSE :
This position is responsible for the overall operations, strategic growth, and
profitability of the BBCL unit. This role involves end-to-end management, including
production, sales, marketing, supply chain, quality control, and financial performance.
The position will drive business strategies to achieve growth targets, optimize
resources, ensure product quality, and expand market share.
Job Profile :
1. Formulate annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts for production, sales, and
financial performance.
2. Oversee end-to-end production processes to ensure quality standards, safety, and
cost-effectiveness.
3. Ensure timely production and on-time delivery to meet customer demand.
4. Design and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and
increase market share.
5. Strengthen relationships with key distributors, retailers, and clients.
6. Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to formulate
effective marketing campaigns.
7. Drive profitability by managing the P&L (Profit and Loss) of the business unit.
8. Control operational costs, improve margins, and optimize resource utilization.
9. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure.
10. Optimize procurement strategies for raw materials, packaging, and other supplies
to ensure cost efficiency.
11. Ensure efficient warehousing, inventory management, and logistics for smooth
operations.
12. Build relationships with suppliers to maintain quality and timely delivery.
13. Ensure adherence to local and international quality and food safety regulations.
14. Build and lead a high-performing team across production, sales, marketing,
finance, and operations.
15. Any other task assigned by management from time to time

JOB SPECIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES & JOB REQUIREMENT :
Degree in Commerce or Business administration with minimum age needs to be 40
years.
15 years of minimum experience with at least 5 years experience on the leadership
role.
Proven experience in managing P&L of the business unit and driving business
profitability.
Execeptional leadership,decision making and people management skills.
Ability to analyze market trends, financial reports, and operational reports.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Should have a go getter attitude.

Master OF Business Administration (M.B.A), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
