The role will be a mix of sales account management and day to day administration. Working closely with International Travel accounts you will drive business within the Irish platforms to a higher standard. Primarily focusing on content levels and deal management. Successful applicants will be self‑starting and resilient.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of International Travel Accounts.
- Research and build International Travel deals.
- Deal Management including tracking live deals, price and availability monitoring, booking calendar management, copy feedback, deal extensions, discounts.
- Provide support with new business accounts and ad hoc marketing campaigns.
- Provide feedback on data including booking and visitor trends.
- Work with the analysts on email orders, email campaigns, site orders plus App & Web pushes.
- Follow industry and competitor trends to ensure our platforms are relevant and in‑line with the market.
- Work alongside Customer Services to provide account level support for escalated customer complaints or challenges.
- Monitor deal refunds and work with accounts to bring these in line with company policy.
- Work with finance to provide invoicing for all marketing campaigns.
Technical Skills
Computer literate – Good knowledge of Excel.Soft Skills
Ability to prioritise workload.Ability to work under pressure to meet short deadlines.Good at managing objection handling skills, with the ability to anticipate queries and objections.Ability to negotiate on commission structures.Not shy of hard work!Seniority Level
