Key Responsibilities :

  • Technical Support & Engineering Documentation :

Assist with reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical reports

  • Help ensure that designs comply with standards and client requirements
  • Prepare basic quantity take-offs, site sketches, and as-built drawings
  • Site Assistance :

    • Conduct site measurements, inspections, and monitor daily activities

  • Support quality control checks under the guidance of Senior Engineers
  • Help report and flag site issues to the project team
  • Project Coordination :

    • Attend project and site meetings with stakeholders

  • Help coordinate materials, subcontractors, and documentation
  • Track project activities and assist with progress reports
  • Compliance & Safety Support :

    • Assist with ensuring adherence to OHS standards and site protocols

  • Help maintain site diaries, inspection checklists, and compliance logs

    • Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile) :

  • BEng / BSc / BTech in Civil Engineering (completed or in final year)
  • 03 years experience in civil construction (internships or graduate programs are a plus)
  • Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Excel / Word
  • Understanding of civil engineering fundamentals (earthworks, concrete, services, and roads)
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative
  • Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality
