We are seeking a proactive and experienced Deli Manager to oversee the daily operations of our deli counter. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service exceptional product quality and a welcoming customer experience

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Manage all deli operations including preparation display and sale of products.
• Supervise train and motivate deli staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
• Monitor stock levels order supplies and manage inventory efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene and health regulations.
• Maintain quality control standards for all products and presentations.
• Handle customer inquiries feedback and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with management on product selection specials and seasonal offerings.
• Oversee cash handling reconciliation and reporting for the deli section.
