This role will rapidly embed analytics, data science, and AI across DisChem’s ecosystem. By connecting experimentation to execution, the AI and Data Science Lead will deliver measurable impact across the care journey, from retail to telemedicine, insurance, and loyalty.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 7+ years in data science or AI roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven experience in deploying machine learning models and AI solutions at scale.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and Machine Learning frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and MLOps tools.
• Familiar with ethical AI, data governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Advantageous
• Certifications in AI / ML, cloud platform
• Experience in healthcare, retail, or insurance data ecosystems
