As they expand their product offering and customer base, they’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can tell their story, shape their market voice, and drive adoption across diverse customer segments.
The Opportunity
As the Product Marketing Manager , you’ll be the bridge between Product, Marketing, and Sales — responsible for bringing our client’s logistics solutions to life in the market.
You’ll translate complex technology and operations into simple, compelling narratives that inspire customers, engage partners, and empower internal teams.
You will own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy , product messaging, and positioning across multiple service lines, working closely with commercial and product teams to ensure each launch hits the mark.
Key Responsibilities
- Tell the product story : Craft clear, persuasive messaging that communicates our client’s value to customers, drivers, and partners.
- Market intelligence : Conduct research on competitors, trends, and user behaviour to identify opportunities and inform positioning.
- Go-to-market ownership : Plan, execute, and measure GTM strategies for new products, features, and services.
- Sales enablement : Develop training materials, pitch decks, and sales collateral to help sales and partnerships teams succeed.
- Persona & segmentation : Build and refine buyer and user personas that guide campaign targeting and product decisions.
- Launch management : Work with product managers to define launch goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
- Cross-functional alignment : Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure unified messaging across all touchpoints.
- Performance tracking : Monitor campaign effectiveness, adoption metrics, and customer feedback to improve ROI and messaging precision.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or B2B Marketing , ideally in logistics, transport, SaaS, or tech sectors.Strong ability to translate technical product features into customer value stories .Proven success driving go-to-market plans and product launches .A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution .Experience in customer research, segmentation, and persona development .Excellent communication and storytelling skills — both written and verbal.Analytical mindset : comfortable using data to assess performance and refine campaigns.Collaborative nature : you thrive when working with diverse teams — from product engineers to salespeople.Creativity, empathy, and curiosity about how logistics and technology intersect.
