Position : Guest Experience Representative
You’ll be the face of our brand for both guests and landlords, ensuring every interaction is smooth, personal, and professional. You’ll handle inquiries, support reservations, and use our in-house PMS tools to deliver efficient, five-star service. This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality and tech.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Support : Respond promptly to guest and landlord inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Booking Assistance : Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using our PMS.
- Issue Resolution : Investigate and resolve guest issues quickly while ensuring a positive experience.
- Knowledge Management : Record guest feedback and solutions to help improve processes.
- Collaboration : Work closely with operations and tech teams to flag recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Upselling & Retention : Identify opportunities to enhance guest stays and strengthen relationships with returning guests and landlords.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Previous customer service experience — ideally in hospitality, real estate, or tech.Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.Tech-savvy, with experience using PMS, CRM, or chat systems.Problem-solving mindset, with empathy and patience.Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong plus.Why Join The Flex
