Key Responsibilities :
Architect, develop, and manage complex marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, and customer lifecycle engagement
Serve as the primary owner of our marketing tech stack, including the CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation platform (Marketo)
Design and execute data-driven email marketing campaigns, focusing on deliverability, engagement, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Integrate and optimize our marketing automation platform with Salesforce CRM to create a seamless lead management process
Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Champion A / B testing and personalization strategies across all digital touchpoints
Ensure all marketing activities comply with global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable) :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field
5+ years of direct experience in marketing automation, demand generation, or marketing technology
Expert-level, hands-on experience with Marketo is a significant advantage. Proficiency in HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud will also be considered
Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM and a deep understanding of lead management processes
Demonstrable experience in building multi-touch nurture streams and complex automation workflows
Expertise in using Google Analytics (GA4) and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
A portfolio or examples of past campaigns that showcase your impact on lead generation and revenue
