Qualifications, skills and experience required :
- A degree / diploma in HR Management, Business Administration or similar.
- 35 years HR / HR Admin experience, ideally in a high-volume sales environment.
- Strong knowledge of labour law, performance frameworks, and HR best practice.
- A proactive, detail-driven approach with strong people and organisational skills.
Key responsibilities :
Lead performance management align KPIs, track reviews, and elevate results.Own the recruitment, onboarding, and development journey for all sales staff.Champion fair, consistent employee relations and disciplinary processes.Oversee HR records, payroll inputs, and key administrative functions.Provide high-level executive support to the Sales Executive.If you are passionate about people, performance and process and want to make a real impact in a growth-focused sales division, we would love to meet you!
