Creating inspiring A Class Customer Experiences with every customer and setting the service standardfor your store
Ensure all team members are fully trained in, and are creating an A Class experience with everycustomer using exceptional customer service every day
Constantly identify areas of opportunity to improve the customer experience within your storeCoaching your teams to handle customer objections to guarantee complete customer satisfaction forevery customer enquiry
Conduct A Class Inductions for every new Team MemberFinancial
Ensure all Team Members are aware of each Brand KPI and how to achieve the benchmark being;Sales, Wages, Shrinkage, conversion and Cash Variance.
Ensure all sales budgets are being tracked on a daily basis through the in-store reporting platformsManage monthly planning and ensure each shift is allocated and the stores productivity is notcompromised
Ensure internal and external security procedures are maintained and full compliance is deliveredDriving conversion with each team member to increase stores revenueAs per our client’s operational requirements, a credit, crim and reference checks will be completed
